BlueSCM — 40 to 60% replacement SCM for Type 1L systems

BlueSCM is a supplementary cementitious material for Type 1L cement systems in ready-mix applications. It is ASTM C1709 compliant and price-competitive with other SCMs, with no green premium. We support qualification with specs, samples, testing, and customer-specific mix guidance.

Our process

  1. Review. You send material details, location, volume, photos, and timing.
  2. Test. We screen chemistry, moisture, gradation, contaminants, and product fit.
  3. Match. We match the stream to the right construction-material pathway, including SCMs, binders, sands, or custom formulations.
  4. Validate. Qualified materials move through documented testing, specs, and batch release requirements.
  5. Supply. Customers receive local materials, samples, pricing, logistics support, or an offload plan.

Service region

Our first microfactory is located in greater Chicagoland, taking in inputs from Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana. The next site is set for Columbus, OH. We serve waste producers and material buyers across the industrial Midwest: MN, WI, MI, IA, IL, IN, OH, MO, and KY.
